As a Teach Leader and Team Leader in backend development, I led teams in building robust and scalable web systems using Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF). My role involved not only managing the team and coordinating projects but also implementing and optimizing RESTful APIs with DRF and managing databases with Postgres. I promoted best development practices, ensuring the team maintained high standards in code quality and software architecture.

In my role, I oversaw the creation and maintenance of containers using Docker and Docker-Compose to ensure a consistent development environment and facilitate continuous deployment of systems. I also performed Shell and Python scripting to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency, and managed server security and remote administration through SSH.
